We have made quite a few upgrades within our new platform, MyZippyKid, making it easier to create and manage your WordPress sites. We still have a ton of updates in line, but we wanted to give you a quick update of the newest features available, below.
Simpler and faster way to add sites
We’re a managed WordPress host, so it should be super simple to add sites, right? Well, now it is. And it super quick too! When you’re logged into MyZippyKid, just type in your site’s url and click “Add”. A brand new install of WordPress will be deployed on ZippyKid’s killer infrastructure in less than 60 seconds.
We know that building and managing a site is not always a one-man/woman show. It takes a village (as they say), so we want to help with that. Introducing “Collaborators” in MyZippyKid. Just enter their email address and we’ll take care of the rest, including creating a unique SFTP user for them.
Removing a collaborator is easy too, making it more secure to work with remote developers and disgruntled employees (which we know you don’t have.)

Purging your site’s CDN
You asked for it and now you’re getting it! Now you can purge your CDN from within MyZippyKid.
Easier way to submit a help ticket
Help desk software can be a little overwhelming at times, even for us. So we made adding a ticket easier. Just click “Need Help” and let us know what the issue is. We will know exactly which site is giving you the issue and we’ll respond to your email. We plan on adding more in the near future as well.
