How long have you worked for Pressable?

Since November, 2018.

What is your favorite part about working for Pressable?

There are so many things that I enjoy about Pressable. I am thankful for my own personal growth. I’ve learned more in the past couple of months than I have in the last couple of years. Everyone that I work with is really great and very supportive. And Pressable provides an excellent service that I am proud to stand behind and offer support for.

What is the craziest support ticket you’ve serviced while serving on the Pressable Support Team?

I can’t really think of anything crazy. But I love working with customers who genuinely need help, with issues sometimes simple and sometimes complex, being able to resolve those for them, and getting their positive feedback and sincere thanks/relief. It feels really good to be able to help people.

When you aren’t pressing at Pressable, what are you doing?

When the weather is nice I like to spend my free time outside, hiking or camping. I also love curling up with a cup of coffee and a good book.

If you had the power to change one thing to make the world a better place, what would it be?

I think if everyone treated each other with love and respect, despite any differences, this world would be a better place.

If you could work remotely from anywhere, where would it be?

Somewhere warm and sunny. Maybe tropical. With a cold drink. Failing that, I love working from my home!

What is your favorite way to listen to music?

I have several YouTube playlists that I randomize and listen to throughout the day! 🙂

Do you have a life hack or piece of advice/tip/trick for being a remote worker?

When you work from home you have to be very responsible about time management and stay disciplined, but at the same time learn how to unplug and walk away from work when the day is done.
