If you run a WooCommerce store, prepping for a sale usually means checking a handful of things one at a time: is the cache on, is the PHP version current, did last night’s backup actually run, has anything changed on the site in the last week that could cause a problem.

Also flag any plugins with known security vulnerabilities. Give me a prioritized list of anything to fix before go-live.

- PHP version, with a note if it’s below 8.2.
- Backup confirmation, with a timestamp of the most recent one.
- Any plugin or theme changes from the last 7 days.
- Plugins with known security vulnerabilities, if any.
- A prioritized list of what to fix before traffic arrives.

Run it 24 to 48 hours before a sale, promotion, or any traffic spike you’re expecting.
