## Benefits for U.S.-Based Employees

- We offer a generous benefits package, including an open AFK (time off) policy.
- We hire globally, with remote-friendly roles across a wide range of locations.
- We pay 99% of medical (base plan), dental, and vision premiums for you and your eligible dependents.
- Life and long-term disability insurance are also provided by Pressable at no cost to employees.
- Pressable will match 100% of your contributions up to 6% of your annual earnings.
- Family and Medical Leave: We offer twelve (12) weeks of paid family or medical leave in a 12-month period if you’ve worked for 12 or more months. If you’ve worked for less than 12 months, you can take up to one (1) month of fully paid leave.
- Wellbeing: We also offer a global wellbeing support program via an external provider to give access to emotional, practical and physical wellbeing support to all Pressable team members and their immediate family.
- Home Office: We offer home office setup and coworking allowances (up to USD 75 p/m).
