We have added in-app onboarding to MyPressable: a welcome tour, a Getting started in MyPressable checklist on the Sites page, and guided tours on core pages.

**Updates & Navigation**

- **Welcome Tour:** Five-step tour on a new customer’s first visit to the Sites page, covering the help menu (Knowledge Base, API docs, Chat With Support), main menu, and profile menu, and ending on the checklist. Can be skipped.
- **Getting Started Checklist:** Up to five items above the Sites page. Each item is a tour or a task, such as creating a site or adding a domain, and completes automatically. Show Steps displays a description of each item with a button to take or restart its tour. Once every item is done, the checklist collapses to a single row that can be dismissed.
- **Page Tours:** Sites (search, environment tabs, views, filters, sorting, site rows), site Overview (site menu, Search this site, WP Admin and View Site, More Actions), Domains (Manual DNS, DNS Wizard, domain list), and the New Site wizard (site owner, site type, details). Each starts automatically the first time the page is visited while it’s the customer’s next step.
- **Permission-Based Items:** Checklist items reflect each user’s permissions. Items that require a site stay locked until one exists.
- **Take a Tour Buttons:** Any tour can be taken or replayed from its page or the help menu. The Site Tools card on a site’s Overview has its own tour covering the tools the user can access.
- **Opt Out:** Don’t show this again hides the checklist and stops tours from starting automatically. Take a Tour buttons keep working.

Log into **MyPressable** to view the welcome tour and checklist automatically on accounts created on or after October 6, 2026. For existing accounts, open the help menu and select **Take a Tour** to start any guided tour.
