We’ve combined the separate backup and restore collaborator options into a single checkbox. This update simplifies managing your team by putting all data-handling tools into one place, ensuring that related features, like the Data Transfer tool, work right away without needing to guess which checkboxes to turn on.

**Updates & Navigation**

- **One Single Checkbox:** The old “Download Backups” and “Restore Site” options have been replaced by a single **Manage Backups & Restores** checkbox under your collaborator settings.
- **All-in-One Access:** Checking this box automatically gives your collaborator full access to download backups, restore a site from a backup, and use the Data Transfer tool to move sites between environments.
- **Interruption-Free Access:** To keep your team’s daily operations running smoothly, existing collaborators who already used either backup or restore tools have been moved to this new permission automatically.

**How to Get Started**

Log in to **MyPressable**, head to your **Collaborators** tab when editing a team profile, and use the new **Manage Backups & Restores** checkbox to adjust full data privileges for your team at once.
