## Promotional codes

By using a promotional code you waive the option to indicate who referred you to Pressable. You may not change/submit a promo code or referrer after you’ve finished signing up. Promo codes/referrers are for new customers only – if you use one you may not host on your account any domain ever previously hosted with Pressable.

## How to cancel

You can cancel any Pressable services via the MyPressable Control Panel. Here are the instructions on how to [cancel your account](https://pressable.com/knowledgebase/how-do-i-cancel-my-account/).

## Refunds

You may request a refund for a Plan within 30 days of signup. However, customers who participated in a free trial are not eligible for refunds.
