Your Pressable website must not violate our [Terms of Service](https://pressable.com/legal/terms-of-service/) or sell any items that are prohibited, fraudulent, abusive, hazardous, or illegal.

**For example, you may not use your Pressable website to distribute any of the following items in any way:**

- Firearms or other weaponry, including parts, accessories, and ammunition
- Fireworks
- Sexually explicit materials and adult services
- Controlled substances, including kratom (see below sections for CBD/Cannabis/Marijuana guidelines)
- Personal information
- Content that infringes on anyone’s intellectual property rights

**In addition, the following types of material are not allowed on your Pressable website:**

- Gambling
- Technologically harmful content
- Impersonation
- Calls to violence
- Posting of private information
- Spam or machine-generated content
- Content that infringes on anyone’s intellectual property rights

## **Cannabis / Marijuana**

Pressable hosts sites with products with less than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) without special review.

Pressable may also host sites with products with greater than 0.3% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) with special review. Please reach out to a member of our Sales Team to discuss this or email us at <sales@pressable.com> if your site fits this condition.
