Contract Buyout

  • Our hosting buyout program operates during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, EST. If your request is submitted outside of these hours, the buyout process may be held until business hours resume. Once we have all the necessary information, we will get everything set up for you.

  • In order to process your contract buyout request and create your free hosting offer, we will need (1) the name of your current host, (2) the amount of time you have left on your prepaid contract, (3) the most recent invoice from your current host, (4) any signed agreement you have with your current host, and (5) the monthly Pressable plan you want to purchase.

  • We take into account the remaining time and funds on your current hosting contract. We calculate that value and divide it by the monthly cost of your new Pressable plan. Then, we apply the equivalent value of your existing contract toward your new Pressable hosting. Once your Pressable service is active, you’ll enjoy month-to-month hosting at no cost until the value of your previous contract is fully applied.

  • If you currently have month-to-month payment terms with WP Engine, we will gladly offer you a special deal to move over. Please complete the form and our sales team will help you.

  • Yes. Unlike WP Engine, Pressable does not allow insecure versions of PHP to be provisioned on our platform. If your sites are currently running PHP 7.4, you will need to update them to PHP 8.1 before they can be migrated.
