At Pressable, we believe managing your WordPress sites should be as high-performance as the hosting itself. This month, we’ve focused on streamlining your workflow with several new features designed to help you find what you need faster and organize your portfolio more effectively.

From a complete redesign of how you view your sites to a new “one-keystroke” search for site settings, here is everything we launched this month.

1. Site Details Search: Jump to Any Setting Instantly

As the MyPressable dashboard has grown to include over 60 different settings and tools, we wanted to eliminate the need for hunting through menus.

The new Site Details Search is a contextual, within-site tool that lets you jump to any setting – SFTP credentials, cron jobs, PHP resources, and more – without leaving your current page.

  • How to use it: Simply press Cmd + Shift + F (Mac) or Ctrl + Shift + F (Windows) while managing any site to open the search modal.
  • Smart Navigation: Selecting a result will either smooth-scroll you to the exact card on the Overview page or navigate you directly to the correct sub-page.

2. Redesigned Site Listing: A Better Way to View Your Portfolio

We’ve completely rebuilt the core Site Listing page from the ground up. This isn’t just a visual refresh; it’s a productivity powerhouse that gives you more control over how you interact with your sites at scale.

  • Advanced Filtering & Sorting: Quickly filter sites by environment, tags, or status to find exactly what you’re looking for in seconds.
  • Recent Activity at a Glance: The new view highlights recent changes and activity, providing a high-level pulse check of your entire portfolio.

3. Favorite Sites: Keep Your Most Important Projects Front and Center

For developers and agencies managing dozens of sites, we know there are always a few “high-traffic” projects you visit daily. You can now “Star” your most important sites to pin them to the top of your dashboard.

  • Priority Access: Your favorites are anchored at the top of the redesigned site listing.
  • API Integration: This isn’t just for the UI—you can filter for your favorite sites via the Pressable API as well.

4. On-Demand Backup Descriptions: Manual Backups with Context

Standardizing your backup workflow just got easier. When creating an On-Demand Backup, you can now add a short description.

Whether it’s “Pre-Plugin Update” or “Final Client Handover,” these labels remove the guesswork, ensuring you always know exactly which snapshot to restore in a pinch.

5. Hybrid Plans: Streamlined Billing for Agencies

We’ve simplified the business side of hosting for our agency partners. Our new Hybrid Plans allow you to mix and match Signature and Premium sites under a single account.

This update provides a unified billing profile and management experience, ending the need to manage separate subscriptions for different site tiers.
