At Pressable, we are constantly looking for ways to reduce manual overhead for developers and agencies. This latest update focuses on high impact workflow tools and a modernized interface to keep your day to day operations moving at lightning speed.

Advanced Command Automation

Managing multiple WordPress sites often involves repetitive tasks that require complex Bash scripts or scheduled triggers. We’ve built two new features to bring these capabilities directly into your dashboard.

Bash Command Bookmarks

Streamline your bulk operations by saving and reusing your most frequent scripts.

  • Bookmark & Run: Save a command for later or “Bookmark and Run” in one click via Tools → Bulk Operations.
  • Detailed Reporting: Track progress and export a Response CSV to see the exact output and status from every individual site involved.
  • Global Access: Once bookmarked, you can run commands across multiple sites or from a specific site’s Site Tools section.
  • API Support: Access and execute your bookmarked commands programmatically via the Pressable API.

Integrated Cron Job Management

You can now list, create, and delete cron jobs for your sites without needing external tools.

  • Native Dashboard Interface: A new Cron Jobs link is now available in the left hand navigation for every site.
  • Simplified Scheduling: Quickly deploy new jobs by selecting from preset frequencies like Hourly, Daily, Twice Daily, or Weekly.
  • Full Control: View a comprehensive list of all active cron jobs and remove them with a single click.
  • Pressable API Support: Manage your site schedules programmatically through our newly updated API endpoints.

Refreshed Site Management Experience

We’ve overhauled the Site Details UI to be more intuitive, less cluttered, and faster to navigate.

Modernized Navigation & Visuals

  • Categorized Sidebar: Site details navigation has moved to a sidebar, reducing clutter in your main workspace.
  • Consolidated Settings: User and account settings are now in a conventional top-right dropdown menu.
  • Enhanced Visual Feedback: Updated “Work Cards” on the overview page provide immediate cues for feature statuses (Enabled/Disabled).
  • Persistent Tools: A “Jump to Section” menu and “Back to Top” button now remain sticky as you scroll, which is a significant improvement for mobile workflows.

Streamlined Workflows

  • The Steps Wizard: Complex tasks like creating a new site, migrating, or transferring data now use a multi-step wizard to guide you clearly through the process.
  • New Environments Tool: A dedicated panel allows you to quickly view and toggle between sandbox, staging, and production environments.
  • Rebranded Data Transfer: Formerly “Data Sync,” the new Data Transfer Tool guides you through a clear 3-step destination and configuration process.

Site management  is about to get even faster. We have developed a “Jump to” search field that appears at the top of every page.

  • Start typing a site name or URL to see a dropdown of matching results.
  • Select a site to link directly to its details page without returning to the main sites list.
