September Product Update: A Redesigned Bulk Actions Experience and Multiple SSH Keys

September brought two updates to MyPressable: Bulk Operations is now Bulk Actions, with a redesigned catalog and a review step before every run, and your account now supports multiple SSH keys with separate credentials for each.

1. Bulk Operations Is Now Bulk Actions

Bulk Operations has a new name and a redesigned interface. With 39 tools now available, the old single drop-down menu made it hard to find the right action, read what it did, or check your settings before running a change across dozens of sites. Bulk Actions organizes every tool into a searchable catalog and adds a review step before anything runs.

• Searchable action catalog. Browse 39 tools across 7 category tabs, including Updates, Plugins & Themes, Caching & Performance, and Site Lifecycle. Search by keyword or pin your most-used tools to the top.
• Dedicated tool pages. Each tool has its own page explaining what it does before you launch it.
• Three-step review wizard. Every action follows the same flow: Configure, Choose Sites, and Review and Run. The final step shows a full summary of your settings and target sites so you can confirm everything before the change goes out.
• Activity and progress tracking. The History tab is now Activity. Follow active runs with live progress updates, view results for each site, and download full reports as CSV files.

How to get started: Log in to MyPressable and go to Tools > Bulk Actions to browse the catalog and set up your next multi-site change.

2. Multiple SSH Keys Per Account

Your MyPressable account previously supported a single SSH key, so adding a new one meant deleting the old key and cutting off any machine or developer still using it. You can now store up to 5 SSH keys on your account, each with its own site credentials.

• Up to 5 named keys. Add SSH public keys to your account with custom labels such as “Work Laptop” or “Home Desktop.”
• Separate credentials per key. Each key gets its own SFTP/SSH username, password, and SSH connection URL on every site you can access.
• Independent revocation. Removing one key immediately revokes its access without affecting your other devices or teammates.
• Clearer collaborator view. The site Collaborators screen now shows key names alongside team members, so you can see which keys belong to whom.

How to get started: Log in to MyPressable, go to Settings > SSH Keys, and click Add SSH Key. Paste your public key, give it a name, and save.
