We’ve added a new “Add a Note” option to the account-level Bulk Operations menu. This update eliminates the repetitive workflow of visiting site dashboards one by one to record administrative updates or project reminders, allowing you to distribute historical notes to multiple properties simultaneously.

- New Bulk Menu Dropdown Option: You can now select Add a Note within the standard Bulk Operations wizard alongside tools like plugin refreshes or cache clearing.
- Unified Message Builder: The wizard includes fields for a dedicated note subject and a message body, allowing you to save complete context entries across multiple environments in a single action.
- Direct Property Integration: Messages are automatically processed through our core single-site framework, instantly populating the local notebook log on each selected site.
- Standard Permission Access: Bulk-generated logs are immediately visible to any user or account profile with existing access rights to view notes on the updated properties.
How to Get Started
Log in to MyPressable, navigate to the Tools > Bulk Operations menu in the sidebar, select Add a Note, enter your text fields, and choose your site list to run the batch update.
