We’ve added a new “Transfer Sites” option to the account-level Bulk Operations menu. This update streamlines site offboarding for agencies and developers, replacing the repetitive process of creating individual site handoffs with a single, automated batch invitation workflow.
Updates & Navigation
- New Bulk Menu Dropdown Option: You can now select Transfer Sites within the standard Bulk Operations wizard alongside tools like plugin refreshes or cache clearing.
- Integrated Security Checks: The tool requires you to input the destination user email and confirm your own account password before any batch requests can be generated.
- Recipient Acceptance Matching: Each site in the batch run issues an independent transfer invite to the target account, matching our standard security requirement where ownership only changes hands after the recipient accepts.
- Automated Eligibility Filtering: The bulk site picker automatically restricts your selection to live or disabled sites, ensuring ineligible setups do not interfere with the batch process.
- Real-Time History Logging: The status of your transfer requests is recorded on a site-by-site basis inside your operations history log so you can easily track client handoffs.
How to Get Started
Log in to MyPressable, navigate to the Tools > Bulk Operations menu in the sidebar, select Transfer Sites, enter the recipient details, and select your batch to begin.
