Feature Release: Combined Collaborator Management Permissions

We’ve consolidated the dashboard’s separate collaborator creation and removal toggles into a single, unified permission layout. This update simplifies user role delegation by reducing the number of administrative switches on the page and ensuring that team lists can be managed seamlessly.

Updates & Navigation

  • Single Management Toggle: Replaced the legacy split options with a single Manage Collaborators checkbox located under the User Management permissions group.
  • All-In-One User Controls: Enabling this single setting grants trusted profiles full access to add new site users, update existing privileges, and remove old user access from the dashboard.
  • Automatic Workspace Transitions: System access profiles with historic permissions to either of the old switches have been automatically transitioned to the new unified layout, successfully preserving your team’s existing capabilities.

How to Get Started 

Log in to MyPressable, navigate to your Collaborators tab when editing a team profile, and check the updated Manage Collaborators box to delegate full user management capabilities.
