We’ve added a new, dedicated “Migrate Site” permission to the collaborator settings in MyPressable. This update decouples site migration rights from other account settings, allowing account owners and administrators to manage exactly who has permission to bring external sites onto the platform.
Updates & Navigation
- Dedicated Permission Selection: A new Migrate Site checkbox is now available under the Content & Data permissions group when inviting or editing a collaborator.
- Clean Action Menu Visibility: The “Migrate Here” option in the site dashboard will now automatically stay hidden from any collaborators who haven’t been given explicit migration permissions.
- Interruption-Free Access: To keep your team’s daily operations running smoothly, existing collaborators who already used these migration tools have been granted this new permission automatically.
