Breathtaking End-to-end Service. We are a 20 year old British family office and decided to invest in some informational websites to provide resources to people and companies to help them counter the crippling effects of C19. We’re not technical folk. Despite having never laid eyes on WordPress before we decided to go with it and after a couple of hours of research it was a toss up between Pressable and WP Engine as to who we choose to host our stuff. We had a call with both a representative at WP Engine and Zach at Pressable. Zach was friendly and informative against a curt and impatient representative from WP Engine. We’re now 6 weeks into both WordPress and managed hosting with Pressable and the only way to describe their support is Breathtaking. We have probably pestered (emailed) the support department 10+ times in the six weeks we’ve been with them with basic requests and every time our query has been responded to promptly (within 2 hours) and diligently. On the single occasion that it took longer to resolve (4 hours) the change required they followed up twice to check it had been fixed. We have also upgraded plans since we started as we’re going to move some more of our other stuff to it. If you have a WordPress requirement and are looking for prompt email support we would recommend you give Pressable a shot.
