Getfused is a Boston-based agency of 25 people managing more than 170 live WordPress sites for clients in sports, financial services, and healthcare. When a third-party email service failure knocked out outbound email across the majority of their portfolio simultaneously, Infrastructure Administrator Zachary Batte needed to move fast across a lot of sites.

He handled the entire triage and remediation from a single terminal session. Using Pressable MCP inside Claude, he scanned activity logs across more than 170 sites in a single pass to isolate the cause, pushed an updated configuration via WP-CLI fleet-wide, deployed a temporary plugin to bulk-resend hundreds of blocked emails, and removed it cleanly once they were through. What would have been a multi-day manual crisis became an afternoon fix.

“If I’d had to do this by hand without the MCP server, I wouldn’t have even tried. It would have been too time-consuming,” Batte said.

Beyond the incident, the team has built a custom interface on top of Pressable’s APIs and MCP to give the whole team fleet-wide plugin inventory and version status from one place. A team of 25 is now running operations that would typically require a much larger DevOps organization.

Bay Area Web Solutions: One Person. 120+ Sites. An SEO Ranking Turnaround.

Jason Garvey has run Bay Area Web Solutions since 2005, handling web design, hosting, and local marketing for clients across the San Mateo Peninsula, solo, with a small contractor bench. Managing 120+ sites without a team means every hour of manual work is an hour not spent on client strategy.

Jason was already using Claude for SEO analysis with SE Ranking connected via MCP. The problem: Claude had no way to reach into the sites themselves. OWUP: Legacy POS Debugging in Under an Hour

OWUP is a Norwegian and Swedish agency specializing in high-end WooCommerce builds for the watch and jewelry industry. Their clients deal with 20,000+ SKUs, constant price fluctuations driven by the global gold market, and POS systems that are decades old. Debugging sync errors between those systems and a modern WooCommerce front-end used to mean days of manual log review and waiting on specialized developers.

When a watch retail client had a metadata corruption issue that had persisted for years, OWUP Managing Director Ole Straume Andersen connected Claude to the database through Pressable MCP. Claude matched the database against a POS data dump, diagnosed the issue, and patched it in under an hour.

The efficiency gains have built from there. OWUP now does speed optimizations for three sites in the time it used to take to do one. They’ve rebuilt their agency reporting using Pressable data piped through n8n and Slack, surfacing which clients need outreach and where they can add value, delivered as monthly automated reports. Junior team members can use MCP to get technical answers that previously required escalating to senior staff.

“It’s night and day. With Pressable MCP, we can move so much faster with information. It has truly made us realize we can double down on being experts in our field,” Andersen said.

Spotzer Digital: 45 Compromised Sites, Cleaned Up in Days

Spotzer Digital is a white-label digital solutions company with offices in Amsterdam, Australia, and Manila, building and managing WordPress sites at scale for enterprise partners including Orange, KPN, and Telstra across 30+ countries. When a plugin vulnerability resulted in 45 compromised sites, their WordPress team lead used Pressable MCP with Claude to build a structured cleanup workflow that handled the heavy lifting automatically.

Before MCP, the standard approach was writing shell scripts, testing them manually, and running them one site at a time. At this scale, that would have taken months.

Working through the remediation in batches, the workflow scanned for injections in both site files and the database, removed malware, deleted inactive and migration plugins, updated and reinstalled plugins and themes, and reinstalled WordPress core. Results were verified at each step before moving to the next batch. The entire response was managed by a single WordPress developer, internal stress stayed low, and other work continued.

“Had we not had the Pressable MCP connection, we would have had to put a lot more resources on it, and the resolution would have taken much longer,” said Joshua Kraus, Product Manager, Websites.
