By participating in a Pressable promotion, you agree to our Terms of Service, these Promotion Terms and Conditions, and any terms and conditions outlined in the promotion specific marketing.
General Promotion Terms
- You’re responsible for providing true and accurate information.
- You must be 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority where you live).
- Promotions — including codes, vouchers, discounts, credits — are not transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
- Promotions are available for a limited time and, unless stated otherwise, are “while supplies last’ or limited to a certain number of participants.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, a promotion may only be used once per person and may not be combined with any other promotions or offers.
- We reserve the right, at any time, to verify your eligibility for any promotion, compliance with these terms and conditions, and the validity of any information you have provided.
- We may change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and any changes will take effect from the date of publication of the updated terms and conditions.
If we’re unable to conduct a promotion as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances outside of our control (for example, interference, technical difficulties, or fraud), we reserve the right to disqualify your participation or suspend or cancel the promotion - We may terminate your participation in any promotion, void your credits, and withhold any payout if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated our Terms of Service, these Promotion Terms and Conditions, and any terms and conditions outlined in the promotion specific marketing.
Competitive Promotion Terms
- The details of this promotion are available at https://pressable.com/competitor-offer/.
- You may have obligations under your current contract, including, without limitation, confidentiality requirements or obligations to pay for the remainder of your contract balance. Those obligations continue even if you elect this promotion.
- You must have been a customer of WP Engine, Flywheel, Kinsta, Pantheon, Nexcess, or Pagely (“Eligible Competitor”) as of September 20, 2024.
- The domain must resolve to an Eligible Competitor, and the eligible site must have existed or been live with an Eligible Competitor 90 days before migration.
- The site must be migrated to Pressable and the domain must resolve to Pressable by July 31, 2025.
- $100 per site migrated, with a maximum of $10,000 per individual, business, or related individuals/businesses (as determined by us in our sole discretion). You must register in our account payable system and submit appropriate tax forms to receive payout. You will be eligible for a payout after you have paid Pressable for six (6) months. See the Automattic for Agencies payout schedule for more information.
- The $100/site migration incentive is issued as a direct deposit, not an account credit.
- You authorize the subscription fee (and any applicable taxes) to be automatically charged to your designated payment method for each subsequent subscription period until you or we cancel the subscription once your credits have been used.
- Credits expire 12 months after issue if unused.
- We may remove or void any remaining credits if you downgrade your plan.
- This promotion may be available via Pressable.com and Automattic for Agencies. You may only participate in one or the other.
- If your business is an agency as we define it, you must register for Automattic for Agencies and transfer your billing to Automattic for Agencies within 30 days of sign-up. (Failure to do so will forfeit your $100/site payment eligibility.)
We may request information to verify your eligibility for the promotion, including copies of contracts and invoices. If your agreement with Eligible Competitor prohibits the sharing of your contracts, please contact us for other ways to verify your contract status. Any information you provide will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
