Refer-A-Friend Program Terms

These terms (the “Refer-A-Friend Program Terms”) apply to the Pressable Refer-A-Friend Program described here or any successor site (“Refer-A-Friend Program”). Pressable Inc. (“Pressable”, “We”, or “Our”) offers the Refer-A-Friend Program to its existing customers (“You” or “Yours”) who qualify for credits when referring a new customer to sign up for Pressable services under the Refer-A-Friend Program Terms. 

1. General

Only existing Pressable customers are eligible to participate in the Refer-A-Friend Program. These Refer-A-Friend Program Terms are in addition to any agreements between You and Pressable, including Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are hereby incorporated by reference, and apply to Your participation in the Refer-A-Friend Program.

2. How the Refer-A-Friend Program works

You may provide the Pressable provided referral code to new users and receive credit(s) to use against Your future Pressable subscription only after the referred new user signs up and pays for Pressable services. However, the referral code You receive will have the following rules attached to it:

• You must be an existing customer of Pressable to receive a referral code.
• The referral code must be entered by a new user in our checkout form located at the point the new user is about to purchase the Pressable services from Our website.  
• The referral code can only be used by a new user towards their first purchase of any Pressable services.
• Once the code is redeemed by a new user, We will provide a $50 credit Your account towards your future Pressable purchases (“Referral Credit”). We will also credit the new user with $25 to be used towards their first month’s subscription.
• The Referral Credit cannot be redeemed for cash.
• The referral code can only be used by each new user once. You may refer up to a maximum of 10 new users. 
• You may not utilize both the Refer-A-Friend Program and the Affiliate Program.

3. Representation and warranty

By participating in the Refer-A-Friend Program, You represent and warrant that You will comply with all applicable policies and terms put forward by Pressable, and any and all applicable laws, rules and regulations relating to Your participation in the Refer-A-Friend Program.

4. Disclaimer

Pressable and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You understand that You participate in the Refer-A-Friend Program at your own discretion and risk.

5. Termination and interpretation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Refer-A-Friend Program or to change these Refer-A-Friend Program Terms at any time in Our sole discretion, with or without notice to You. If We believe that You are using the referral code in breach of the Refer-A-Friend Program Terms, We shall be entitled to claw-back any amounts credited to You in the previous 90 days in Our sole discretion. We may also restrict and/or remove Your eligibility to participate in the Refer-A-Friend Program.
