Pressable Promotion Terms and Conditions

By participating in any Pressable promotion (a “Promotion”), you agree to Pressable’s Terms of Service, these Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Promotion Terms”), and any additional terms provided in the Promotion announcement, landing page, email, or other promotional materials (“Promotion-Specific Terms”). If there is any conflict, the Promotion-Specific Terms will control.

1. Eligibility

You must provide true, accurate, and complete information.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live).
Promotions are void where prohibited by law.

2. Limits

Unless stated otherwise, each Promotion may be used only once per person, agency and/or account and may not be combined with any other offer, discount, or Promotion.
We may limit Promotions to prevent abuse (for example, limiting redemptions by account, email, payment method, or other identifiers).
Promotions — including promo codes, vouchers, discounts, and credits — are non-transferable, may not be sold or shared, and have no cash value unless otherwise stated.
Promotions are available for a limited time and may be limited to a certain number of redemptions or participants.

3. Redemption and Application

Promotions apply only to eligible products/services and charges, as described in the Promotion-Specific Terms.
Unless stated otherwise, discounts apply to the advertised price only and exclude taxes and governmental fees (if any).
Promotions do not apply to prior purchases.
If a Promotion applies to a subscription, it applies only for the promotional period described in the Promotion-Specific Terms. After the promotional period, the subscription renews at the then-current standard price unless stated otherwise.
If a Promotion provides account credits (“Credits”), Credits may be used only toward eligible Pressable charges as described in the Promotion-Specific Terms. Credits are non-transferable, may not be sold, and are not redeemable for cash (except where required by law). Credits may expire if an expiration is stated in the Promotion-Specific Terms. If no expiration is stated, we may change credit policies prospectively to the extent permitted by law. If your account is terminated for violation of the Terms of Service, we may void unused Credits to the extent permitted by law.
If an order is downgraded, refunded, reversed, or charged back, we may revoke any Promotion benefits associated with that order.

4. Verification and Enforcement

We may verify eligibility and compliance at any time, and request that you provide information to help us do so. Information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may deny redemption, disqualify participation, void Credits, withhold any payout (if applicable), or suspend/cancel a Promotion if we determine (in our reasonable discretion) there has been fraud, abuse, attempted circumvention, or a violation of our Terms of Service, these Promotion Terms, or any Promotion-Specific Terms.

If an order is refunded, reversed, or charged back, we may revoke any Promotion in connection with the order.
If your account is terminated for violation of the Terms of Service, we may void unused Credits to the extent permitted by law.

5. Changes

We may modify, suspend, or end a Promotion at any time to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes will not affect discounts already applied to completed purchases prior to the effective time of the change, except as required by law.
If we’re unable to conduct a Promotion as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances outside our control (for example, interference, technical failures, or fraud), we reserve the right to disqualify participation or suspend/cancel the Promotion.
We may update these Promotion Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted.
