WooCommerce Migration Promotion Terms
These WooCommerce Migration Promotion Terms (“Promotion Terms”) are supplemental to and incorporate the Pressable Terms of Service (“General Terms”). In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the General Terms, these Promotion Terms shall govern with respect to the WooCommerce migration promotion.
1. Eligibility
To be eligible for this WooCommerce migration offer (the “Woo Offer”), you must:
- Be a new customer migrating an active WooCommerce store from a competitor hosting provider to a Pressable Premium Site Plan.
- Purchase and maintain an eligible Premium Site Plan (as defined below) directly from Pressable.
- Complete your migration and have your site live and active on the Pressable platform for a minimum of six (6) continuous months.
- Register in Pressable’s accounts payable system and submit all required payment and tax information.
- Register in our account payable system within 15 days of receiving the invitation and complete all required documentation. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the payout.
2. Payout Tiers
The Woo Offer provides a cash payout based on the monthly hosting rate you are paying for your Premium Site Plan. Payout amounts are as follows:

Maximum payout per eligible site is $2,500.
3. Premium Site Plan Requirement
To qualify for this Woo Offer, the migrated WooCommerce store must be hosted on Pressable with a Premium Site Plan. Sites on signature plans are not eligible for this Woo Offer. Contact sales pricing and scoping for your account.
4. General Promotion Terms
- You’re responsible for providing true and accurate information.
- You must be 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority where you live).
- Promotions, including codes, vouchers, discounts, and credits, are not transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash.
- Promotions are available for a limited time and limited to a certain number of participants.
- Unless specifically stated otherwise, you may only participate in the promotion once per person or company and it may not be combined with any other promotions or offers.
- We reserve the right, at any time, to verify your eligibility for any promotion, compliance with these terms and conditions, and the validity of any information you have provided.
- We may change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice, and any changes will take effect from the date of publication of the updated terms and conditions.
- We may end this Woo Offer at any time, without notice.
- If we’re unable to conduct a promotion as reasonably anticipated due to circumstances outside of our control (for example, interference, technical difficulties, or fraud), we reserve the right to disqualify your participation, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
- We may terminate your participation in any promotion, void your credits, and withhold any payout if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated our Terms of Service, these Promotion Terms and Conditions, or any terms outlined in the promotion-specific marketing.
5. Additional Terms
- Site Eligibility: Your site must have existed and been processing payments for 90 days prior to migrating to Pressable.
- Migration Deadline: Your site must be migrated to Pressable and the domain must resolve to Pressable by October 31, 2025.
- Payout Schedule: Payouts will occur approximately 45 days after you have been a paying customer for 6 months.
- Payment Method: The payout will be issued as a direct deposit and will not be issued as an account credit.
- Subscription Fees: You authorize Pressable to automatically charge the subscription fee (and any applicable taxes) to your designated payment method for each subsequent subscription period until you or Pressable cancel the subscription.
- Combination with Other Offers: You may not combine this offer with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated otherwise by Pressable.
- Verification: Pressable reserves the right to request information to verify your eligibility for the promotion, including but not limited to confirming prior hosting provider details and verifying WooCommerce store activity. Any information you provide will be handled in accordance with Pressable’s Privacy Policy.
6. Additional Conditions
- You must meet all eligibility criteria to receive any payout.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all account information is complete and accurate..
- Sites that are canceled, suspended, or downgraded prior to the 6-month requirement will be disqualified from receiving any payout.
