How to cancel
Please note: Canceling your account will also delete your sites. Once sites are deleted, they are not recoverable.
If you would like to cancel your account, log into your MyPressable Control Panel as the account owner; collaborators cannot cancel an account.
Once in MyPressable, select Billing in the menu on the left:

Once the next page loads, click on the “Cancel Plan” button at the bottom of the page, as shown below:

After clicking Cancel Plan, you’ll need to go through a few cancellation confirmation steps, including the following shown below:

You can choose Cancel Later or Cancel Now.
Cancel Later Option
If you choose Cancel Later, your plan will cancel at the end of the current billing period. Please make sure you download backups of any sites you wish to keep before the current billing period ends.
Cancel Now Option
If choosing Cancel Now, please make sure you have already downloaded backups of any site(s) you wish to keep, as they’ll be deleted from Pressable immediately upon choosing this option.
Unable to Cancel
If you do not see a cancellation button, you are most likely logged in with a collaborator account. Only the account owner can cancel it.
Refunds
You may request a refund for a Plan within 30 days of signup. However, customers who participated in a free trial and were subsequently billed are not eligible for refunds.
To request a refund, please contact billing[@]pressable.com.
Overdue Invoice Payments
If an invoice payment is overdue, the account will be canceled. Accounts that are auto-canceled by the system will have the sites removed.
We highly recommend downloading site backups before letting it expire.
