Was awesome all the way around. My site was down and giving the 500 server error because i made some bad changes to a php file…I messaged support on how to get it up and running. By the time I was back from lunch, I had details from Mike to simply go and rewind from jetpack premium and literally 2 minutes later my site was rewound and live again. So…what more can I say but awesome stuff here from support once again!
