To secure your Pressable account, an additional security layer can be enabled for MyPressable Control Panel by enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). With MyPressable two-factor authentication enabled, you need a code from your mobile phone to authenticate the login.
Before proceeding, please install an authentication application on your phone, such as Google Authenticator or Authy. Those applications are available for both Android and iOS.
Step One
Navigate to the profile page by clicking on your profile image in the upper-right corner:
Step Two
On the profile page, you will see the “Two Factor” section. Press the “Start” button.
Scan the provided QR code with your device and follow the prompts to configure it.
The authentication application should then add a profile for the barcode you scanned with a code. Enter this code into the field provided for the Confirmation Code. Then click on the “Confirm” button.
Step Three
Each time you login to the MyPressable Control Panel, you will now be asked for a confirmation code, as seen in the screenshot below. You will need to open the authentication application and enter the code to confirm your login attempt.
This feature can be disabled from the same location in the profile page.
